  • a leading State agency on the procurement of a Social Housing PPP Programme (design, build, finance and operation of three separate social housing bundles comprising a total of 20 sites) and on the procurement of the Higher Education PPP Programme (design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of 12 higher education facilities)
  • developers and funders of renewable energy projects including onshore/offshore wind, waste-to-energy facilities and combined heat and power infrastructure
