Think of us more as trusted advisors. Some of our lawyers have come directly from government departments - others have made it their business to integrate themselves into the heart of the transportation investment and finance industry. Either way, we’ll help you protect your interests and shape your strategy for the future.
Whether you’re on the authorities’ side or the bidders’ side, our lawyers bring in dedicated knowledge from roads, rail, aviation, ports and the automotive industry. We know that the individual pieces of metal and tarmac might be the same from one country to the next, but the economic and political culture around them differ - and we’ll make sure you and your contracts are attuned to local demands.
Clients come back to us again and again because we can handle the legal detail as well as the commercial negotiations. How major transportation projects are financed is at the core of our experience. We’ll also help you see what’s coming down the line. With the journey towards net zero, we’ll marry our clean energy knowledge and our transportation sector knowledge and help map your path to the future. This means you’ll be on top of incoming regulations and big issues like financing and construction, electrification, digitalization and decarbonization initiatives and priorities (including the rapid expansion of hydrogen trains and trucks, EVs and EV charging stations).
We know that transportation is not a ‘one size fits all’ sector. That’s why we’re not just a drafting team who serve up precedents and advice by-numbers - we’re your strategic partners.
