Amanda is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Finance group.
She represents clients in a variety of financing transactions, including asset-backed securitizations, loan warehouse facilities, timber installment note transactions, senior secured financings, private placements of debt securities and working capital financings. She also advises private placement noteholder groups in US and cross-border out of court restructuring matters.
