We deliver an end-to-end construction and engineering service to some of the world’s biggest companies. Yes, we can help you with contracts and procurement and litigation if necessary. But it’s the bit in between those two potential stages of a project lifecycle where our experience really sets us apart.
Having spent years working on the world’s biggest construction and engineering projects, we understand the realities of delivering globally significant mega-projects. As such, we can help you manage relationships with your supply chain via innovative “alliancing” models. We can also often neutralize a dispute without the need for formal litigation.
Most of the time big problems arise not because the contract has failed, but because the project team did not fully understand how to put the contract into practice. You have to have people in the field who understand how a contract is operationalized in reality. We can provide training with your project teams and hold monthly meetings to help them – and your project - stay on track and ensure successful completion.
