His practice includes advising national and international clients on general corporate law and M&A, in particular on national and cross-border transactions and joint ventures. His focus is on transactions in the energy and infrastructure sector.
Daniel studied law at the University of Augsburg, subsequently wrote his dissertation and spent his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg. Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, he worked in the judiciary as a judge.
