We acted as advisors to KB Components AB in the acquisition of Plastone, a Finnish-Estonian company specializing in plastic injection molding. Through this transaction, KB Components strengthens its production capacity, expands its customer base, and advances its global growth strategy.

KB Components specializes in the supply of polymer components.

The project team included Partners Olli Iirola, Peter Salovaara, and Torsti Lakari; Associates Sanni Tirkkonen, Fanny Ilveskero, and Anna Ahava; Senior Associates Teemu Tomminen, Petra Snäll, and Lavinia Husa; as well as M&A Manager Max Tarkkala and Junior Analyst Amos Iirola for transaction price analyses and calculations.
