Our recent experience includes advising:
- a state body in relation to an IT Services agreement for supply and Implementation of an online case management solution which would be fully hosted. Our client sought a fully hosted case management system which would revolutionize the case management portal for our client and for its users nationally
- an international client in the food and beverage sector in relation to distribution channels in Ireland as well as strategic agreements relating to cross-border sales, merchandising, warehousing and logistics services.
- an international electrical goods manufacturer in relation to all its technology outsourcing arrangements for its European operations through its headquarters in Dublin as well as the successful development and launch of an interconnected IoT radiator system
- a cloud based quality management system for life sciences on all Irish law matters including a project which involved updating all current contractual arrangements and updating its order process
