Meillä on yksi Suomen suurimmista kiinteistöjuridiikan asiantuntijatiimeistä. 

Asiantuntijamme toimivat asiakkaidemme neuvonantajina kaikissa kiinteistöihin ja kiinteistöliiketoimintaan liittyvissä oikeudellisissa asioissa.

 Kiinteistöihin suoranaisesti liittyvän juridisen osaamisen lisäksi toimimme neuvonantajina toimialalla toimiville tahoille niiden muissakin oikeudellisissa asioissa, koskien esimerkiksi yritysjärjestelyjä, rahoitusta, vero- ja työoikeutta.

Kansainväliseen verkostoomme kuuluu yli 500 kiinteistölakimiestä. He edustavat vuokralaisia, maanvuokraajia, lainanottajia, omistajia, sijoittajia, rakennuttajia ja lainanantajia. Kokemuksemme ansiosta pystymme luotsaamaan asiakkaan kiinteistökauppojen kaikkien vaiheiden läpi.

Our recent experience in the global real estate sector includes advising:

  • a German institutional fund on the acquisition of 3 multi-let office investments in Dublin for over €135m, each let to corporate occupiers
  • an airport authority in Dublin the acquisition of six aircraft hangars, and the subsequent leasing and licensing of the hangars to aircraft operators
  • an Irish subsidiary of a public company listed on the Israeli stock exchange in relation to its proposed disposal of an Irish subsidiary with certain wind farm assets in Ireland
  • on the largest corporate lease deal in Ireland’s history to a leading US customer relationship management (CRM) company, reported as Ireland’s first €1bn lease deal
  • a large software manufacturer on their corporate office portfolio across Ireland
