We can provide you with a multi-disciplinary team of lawyers who can cover all of your organization’s legal needs.
We have worked with a number of public healthcare bodies, including successfully advising the UK’s NHS for over 30 years. We also work with independent hospitals and know that your organization can face specific challenges around pricing and the medical insurance market. If you are providing social care or senior living care, we recognize you are dealing with an ageing global population. Wherever you are in the healthcare sector, the coronavirus pandemic will have caused new difficulties and intensified public scrutiny.
We can help with specific and immediate problems, from litigation, reputation management and whistle-blowing to barring procedures, privacy and cybersecurity but we’re also here to assist with your day-to-day running. You can contact us about employment law, company structure, land and property issues, regulation and legislation.
No matter how complex or multi-faceted your organization may be, we can help you find the solutions that work for you, your employees and your service users.
