Eversheds Sutherland’s Cannabis Industry team publishes The State of Cannabis Law

Eversheds Sutherland is pleased to announce the publication of its comprehensive cannabis book, The State of Cannabis Law. Authored and researched by the firm’s Cannabis Industry team and published by Wolters Kluwer, The State of Cannabis Law is a first-of-its-kind book that provides an overview of all 50 states’ marijuana and hemp laws and includes information about key ancillary issues such as intellectual property, real estate and tax implications.
