- advising nine of the top ten UK-based house builders alongside other major residential and mixed use developers on various matters relating to site acquisition and disposals including affordable housing
- assisting a Switzerland-based multifamily investment fund, including purchases, sales and financing of stabilized properties as well as fund formation, joint venture negotiation and new project development throughout the US
- representing the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia in an unprecedented public-private partnership (P3) to develop, construct and operate student housing totaling more than three million square feet across nine campuses
- repersenting both develops and institutional investors in programatic joint venutres for single-family residential real estate
- dealing with a large number of strategic land deals for various house builder clients including option, promotion and hybrid promotion/option agreements and collaboration agreements with all associated planning, environmental and property dispute support
