• Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors: Directs federal agencies to prohibit federal contractors and subcontractors from engaging in racially discriminatory diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) activities, including disparate treatment or Program Participation (to include membership or participation in or access to training, mentoring, or leadership development programs and the like).
