Emma is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Litigation team based in our Birmingham office.
Emma advises on all aspects of commercial property disputes including commercial lease renewals (opposed and unopposed), dilapidations (landlord and tenant) including high value dilapidations claims with multiple experts, breaches of covenant, rent arrears and service charge disputes, adverse possession, termination of leases, tenancies and licences and break options.
Emma is part of the Building Safety Act 2022 Working Group advising on all aspects of the Building Safety Act and deals with instructions relating to residential property.
Emma has experience with court proceedings at all levels, mediation, other forms of ADR and preparation of settlement agreements.
Emma delivers training both internally and externally.
