Christian Lindner is a Counsel in the Corporate and M&A practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich.
He advises clients on commercial and corporate law matters, in particular in the context of cross-border company acquisitions and mergers, national and international private equity transactions, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts as well as restructurings.
Christian is the author of various specialist articles regarding insolvency and corporate law. He wrote his doctoral thesis on an insolvency law topic.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Christian worked for an international law firm in the area of private equity.
