Eleanor is an experienced litigator who has particular experience in mortgages, consumer credit, retail banking and investments. Eleanor regularly advises the largest retail banks on a variety of strategically important and high-profile matters, including judicial review challenges. Her clients include banks, building societies, specialist lenders, consumer credit firms, intermediaries and public bodies.
