Eversheds Sutherland Achieves Milestone US Financial ResultsIncreased client demand across core practices drove landmark US revenue growth in 2025January 28, 2026 Eversheds Sutherland US today announces milestone 2025 financial results, with the firm surpassing $500 million in US revenue for the first time in its history, an achievement driven by strong client demand in a swiftly evolving legal landscape. For 2025, Eversheds Sutherland US reported a gross revenue of $503 million, representing a 9.2% year-over-year increase from 2024. The firm’s profit per equity partner also increased over 13.5% in the US. Since 2020, the firm’s US revenue has grown by 39%. The strong US results reflect the trust clients have in the firm as their needs evolve. By adding lateral partners and other lawyers whose experience and skillsets aligned with client priorities, the firm was able to support dynamic client demand across sectors and geographies. “Reaching this milestone is a direct result of our unwavering dedication to providing an exceptional client experience,” said Lino Mendiola, Global Co-CEO and US Chief Executive. “We are laser focused on delivering the highest-quality service. Our clients have responded to that, and it is reflected in our results.” The firm saw particularly robust client demand across key sectors — including financial services, energy, TMT (technology, media and communications), industrials and consumer — and an increase in complex transactions and disputes. “Our deep sector focus, particularly in corporate, technology and highly regulated industries, positions us to respond to client needs in increasingly complicated transactions and disputes,” Mr. Mendiola continued. A few notable developments in the US in 2025 include a 12-Lawyer Tax Controversy team; a new Silicon Valley office led by a renowned litigator; and two high-profile laterals from government to co-lead the congressional investigations and white-collar practices, respectively. In the US, the firm has ten offices and over 430 lawyers, including over 190 partners. “Our record US revenue is the capstone to an exceptional year for our firm,” said Adam Cohen, US Executive Partner. “By approaching our business with discipline and intention, we’ve been able to deliver outstanding results for our clients, all while expanding our capabilities through ambitious recruitment and lateral hires. We’re confident this milestone is another step toward an even stronger future and even greater value for the clients we serve.” A Vision for the FutureIn July 2025, Eversheds Sutherland global co-CEOs Lino Mendiola and Keith Froud announced their strategy and vision for the global law practice. That path includes ongoing investment in innovation to better serve clients, from launching the firm’s global AI leadership team to the recent formalization of its AI-centric US Innovation Department. The global law practice reported combined global revenue of $1.63 billion in 2024. Revenue for the International side of Eversheds Sutherland will be announced later this year. Latest Insights
