Youngor has established itself as a major player in both the domestic and international markets. Bonpoint is a globally renowned luxury childrens’ ready-to-wear brand, celebrated for its timeless elegance, exceptional craftsmanship, and dedication to quality. 

This strategic transaction will enable Youngor to diversify its portfolio and strengthen its international footprint in the luxury sector.

In Paris, the Eversheds Sutherland teams was led by Franck Bourgeois (partner) and Vladimir Legrand for the corporate/M&A aspects of the transaction.
