Eversheds Sutherland have advised Livingbridge on its investment in Kindred Education, a distinguished provider of early years education for children aged 0-5.
The investment was made through Livingbridge’s Enterprise 3 fund and the partnership aims to support Kindred’s continued growth and enhance the delivery exceptional, professional childcare and early years education.
The Eversheds Sutherland team was led by Corporate Partner Louise Finnie with support from Corporate Senior Associate Ruary Smith.
Further support was also provided by Corporate Associates Lara Satchwell and Emma Jones, Banking and Finance Partner Ben Tumelty, Principal Associate Edward Bartlett and Associate Zoe Hyde.
