Eversheds Sutherland Adds Senior Counsel Philip Ehrlich in New YorkMay 17, 2022 NEW YORK - Eversheds Sutherland is pleased to announce that the firm has added Philip H. Ehrlich as senior counsel in the Insurance Practice Group in New York. Joining from Hogan Lovells, Mr. Ehrlich focuses his practice on the representation of domestic and foreign financial institutions, private equity and hedge funds, corporate clients, and bondholder and creditor committees in a wide range of transactions and corporate matters. He also routinely advises clients on bankruptcy, restructuring and insolvency, nationally and internationally. Mr. Ehrlich will work closely with Partner Peter Ivanick and Counsel Lynn W. Holbert, who focus on bankruptcy, restructuring, and insurance insolvency and joined Eversheds Sutherland from Hogan Lovells earlier this year. “We are excited to welcome Phil to the firm,” said Partner John S. He's also well versed in out-of-court and bankruptcy restructurings and reorganizations, debt and equity financings, workouts and foreclosures, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions.
