Enhancing our conduct capabilities in the FS SectorOctober 04, 2021 Konexo is pleased to welcome David Robinson, as Regulatory Director, to its Financial Services team. David brings over 20 years’ experience in the pensions, banking, insurance, investment, and intermediary sectors. He specialises in Conduct of Business, and works with firms to ensure that the advice, products, and services provided to their customers are appropriate and compliant. David has considerable experience in assisting firms to identify and manage issues relating to historic advice standards. In his most recent role as a freelance regulatory consultant, David successfully delivered two concurrent s.166 (FCA reports by skilled persons) activities: one related to Unregulated Collective Investment Schemes and the other related to Defined Benefit Transfer Advice. These activities helped to deliver approximately £100m in customer redress. He has also been providing consultancy services to Eversheds Sutherland and Konexo for the past three years, helping with M&A due diligence alongside our Financial Services team. Prior to this David worked for a range of high-profile brands including Aon, Coutts & Co, Deutsche Bank, and Lloyds Banking Group.
