A private partnership since 1966, Warburg Pincus has more than $100 billion in assets under management and more than 215 companies in its active portfolio, diversified across stages, sectors, and geographies. The firm has invested in more than 1,100 companies across its private equity, real estate, and capital solutions strategies, and has been investing in Europe for over 40 years. Network Plus delivers essential maintenance, enhancement and operational services across the water, wastewater, gas, power and broader infrastructure sectors. The acquisition will support Network Plus' continued growth and delivery as a trusted partner to the UK's leading utility providers, helping clients meet increasingly critical investment and performance goals. Warburg Pincus will support the business as it continues to deliver and maintain the UK's core infrastructure and strengthen its role in maintaining and improving critical infrastructure across the country. The cross-practice Eversheds Sutherland team advising Warburg Pincus was led by partner Lizzy Tindall and Head of Private Capital James Trevis.
