Eversheds Sutherland advises Cube Infrastructure Managers and Equitix Investment Management on joint acquisition

Eversheds Sutherland has advised investment managers Cube Infrastructure Managers and Equitix Investment Management on their joint acquisition of a majority stake in RiverRidge Holdings Limited.

The acquisition was made through funds controlled by the two investment managers.

RiverRidge Holdings Limited is a leading waste management and energy recovery organisation in Northern Ireland. It operates essential infrastructure assets which provide services to Northern Irish communities such as the treatment and disposal of residual waste, serving 7 out of 11 local authorities and over 5,500 commercial clients, for which collection services are offered too.
