Sara represents clients of multiple nationalities in litigation and arbitration proceedings with international implications. Her practice focuses mainly on civil and commercial litigation related to various sectors such as finance, infrastructure, construction, engineering and healthcare.
Sara has represented clients in domestic litigation before Spanish Courts and Tribunals and in arbitration proceedings subject to, among others, the ICC rules, the rules of the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA) and the rules of the Madrid Court of Arbitration (CAM). She also has experience in pre-litigation and project counseling, assisting clients in drafting dispute resolution clauses and managing negotiations.
Sara has dual Spanish and American nationality and is fluent in Spanish and English.
