He specialises in providing commercial and corporate law advice, in particular representing clients in the negotiation of important contracts, such as supply and licence agreements, multinational mergers, joint ventures and advising on all aspects of reorganisation law.
He regularly advises on projects which require customised solutions, such as in case of corporate restructurings. He advises German and international clients from various sectors with a focus on the automotive, renewable energies, sports, retail and regulated industries.
In addition to his transaction-related work, Christian also assists his clients with general legal issues relating to strategically relevant transactions and litigation proceedings as well as with complex framework agreements.

- Supporting the Chinese car manufacturer ZEEKR regarding the creation and establishment of a European sales structure
- Advising the Chinese car manufacturers Lotus and Geely on their entry into the German market with respect to corporate, commercial and employment and labour law matters since 2017
- Advising Suzhou Delphi Laser Co., Ltd. on the acquisition of all shares in Corning Laser Technologies GmbH and certain assets of Corning International Corporation
