Trent counsels lenders, developers, investors and businesses in a variety of commercial real estate transactions. 

Trent regularly represents both institutional investors and sponsors in ground-up and value-add redevelopment projects, from joint venture formation through the development process to the ultimate disposition of the asset. Much of his recent experience has been advising developers and investors in industrial, multifamily and mixed-use development projects in the southeastern United States and mid-Atlantic. He also is experienced in office and industrial leasing.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland (US)'s Real Estate practice group, he was a member of Eversheds Sutherland (US)'s Litigation practice group, where he worked on complex commercial litigation matters including real estate litigation.
