Isabelle is an associate in the Employment and Labor Law Practice Group since January 2025. She advises national and international clients on different employment law matters such as dismissals, working conditions and working times legislation, Works Council-related issues, redundancies, performance cases and matters related to ill employees.
Isabelle graduated in Employment Law (2024) at the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
- Advising and assisting companies on all aspects of employment law, such as the applicability of collective bargaining agreements and day-to-day employment matters
- Advising and assisting national and international clients with regard to redundancies in the Netherlands
- Advising international operating clients on the applicable law on cross-border employment relationships
- Advising in health and safety legislation
- During her bachelor’s studies, Isabelle served as a board member of the Meesterweek, which organizes the largest legal student congress in the Benelux. During her master’s studies, she was a board member of the Labour Law Dispute Rotterdam.
