The Eversheds Sutherland real estate team provided comprehensive legal advice to Expandia, a.s. during its acquisition of an industrial park in Červený KostelecApril 13, 2021 Prague, 13 April 2021 – The Eversheds Sutherland real estate team provided comprehensive legal advice to investment company Expandia, a.s. during its successful acquisition of an industrial park in Červený Kostelec. The acquisition took the form of the purchase of 100% of shares in two companies – Industrial Park CK s.r.o. and IPCK II s.r.o. – which the industrial park owns. The industrial park was implemented in two parts, the first of which was completed in 2010 and the second in 2019. The park includes logistics areas, manufacturing floors and office facilities, and its total leasable area is 27,904 m2. The firm's legal advice included comprehensive due diligence and the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation. The Expandia Group belongs to an established private group operating on the Czech and Central European investment market since 1995. The Eversheds Sutherland team was led by partner Dominika Veselá and also included senior associate Rudolf Kristian and associate Martina Benešová.
