Eversheds Sutherland advises PHSE on its cross-border acquisition of Moving Forward InternationalOctober 07, 2024 An international team from Eversheds Sutherland has advised PHSE on its acquisition of Moving Forward International for all aspects relating to the structuring and negotiation of the transaction. PHSE is a leading group in temperature-controlled and time-critical pharmaceutical logistics, focusing on the logistical management of clinical trials and active temperature-controlled shipping (Active Cool Chain) for pharmaceuticals, biotech, biological samples, and clinical trials. They serve the hospital, home care, and clinical research channels. Moving Forward International, a German freight forwarding company, specializes in demanding logistics, handling hazardous and sensitive goods, including the transport of radiopharmaceuticals and other pharmaceutical products by road and air. The acquisition of Moving Forward International provides PHSE with entry into Germany, Europe’s leading pharmaceutical market.
