Eversheds Sutherland with a team headed by our Partner　Alessandro Vischi is assisted　Greyhound Capital　in increasing its participation in　Satispay, the innovative Italian fintech company which revolutionized the mobile payment industry, in the Series D round that attracted new investments of about €320 million (bringing the total investment raising over €450 million), with a valuation exceeding the threshold of €1 billion.

The　Eversheds Sutherland　team is led by the Partner　Alessandro Vischi　with the Associate　Giovan Battista Biondo　for corporate and M&A aspects and the Partner　Alessandro Greco　and the Associate　Lorenzo Maniaci　for aspects related to the golden power notification.　

The deal permanently validates the debit and credit card-independent payment super network model, created to speed up cash replacement, and become an everyday use tool at European level.
