We have represented a wide range of businesses in injunction and temporary restraining order hearings in trade secret, non-compete agreement and employment agreement cases. Our lawyers have an impressive track record of resolving cases prior to trial and are experienced in using alternative resolution methods, such as arbitration and mediation.

Our global lawyers are experienced in all aspects of trade secrets law. Our experience includes:

  • representing a Chinese waste technology company investigating a former chief engineer accused of misappropriating our client’s trade secrets to set up a new business. The accused agreed to cease supplying counterfeit devices and to transfer and return patents covering stolen IP back to our client and his now former employer
  • assisting a drilling equipment manufacturer in negotiating and preparing non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements to provide proper protection for its trade secrets
  • providing patent and trade secret counseling services for a leading ethanol manufacturing facility construction company
  • advising a Swiss company that specializes in the development, manufacturing and commercialization of combination products and delivery systems in the area of aesthetics on patent and trade secrets litigation in the Vienna Courts, including settlement by way of a cross-license on advantageous terms
  • successfully enforcing trade secret rights in a well-known loan and deposit pricing software suite
