Toimimme myyjien neuvonantajana heidän myydessään 51 % osuuden Integrations Oy:n osakekannasta Siili Solutions Oyj:lle. Loput osakkeista Siili on sitoutunut lunastamaan tulevina vuosina osissa osakassopimuksessa tarkemmin sovituin ehdoin.

Integrations Group on integraatiotoimituksiin ja -palveluihin erikoistunut yritys.

Siili Solutions Oyj on vuonna 2005 perustettu teknologiariippumaton ohjelmistojärjestelmien luovaan suunnitteluun ja tekniseen toteutukseen erikoistunut konsulttiyritys.

Toimeksiantotiimiin kuuluivat Partner Vesa Turkki, Specialist Counsel Jarkko Hankaa, Associate Sanni Tirkkonen, M&A Manager Max Tarkkala ja Partner Torsti Lakari.
