Eversheds avusti Santa's Holding Oy:tä, Lappset Group Oy:tä sekä yrittäjiä Katja Ikäheimo-Länkistä ja Ilkka Länkistä merkittävässä järjestelyssä, jonka myötä syntyy uusi johtava pohjoismainen matkailualan toimija.

SantaPark Arctic World ja Arctic Resort Company ovat sopineet kumppanuudesta, joka yhdistää vakiintuneita majoitus-, matkailu- ja elämysliiketoimintoja Suomen Lapissa ja Pohjois-Norjassa. Järjestely toteutettiin osakekauppojen, liiketoimintasiirron sekä Länkisen perheen merkittävän uudelleensijoituksen yhdistelmänä.

Ilkka Länkinen ja Katja Ikäheimo-Länkinen jatkavat aktiivisessa roolissa Arctic Resort Companyn kehittämisessä myös jatkossa. Santa's Holding Oy on nyt Arctic Resort Companyn suurin yksityinen osakkeenomistaja. Kumppanuus yhdistää kaksi toisiaan täydentävää liiketoimintaa, joilla on vahva osaaminen arktisen matkailun parissa. Tavoitteena on rakentaa merkittävä pohjoismainen matkailuyhtiö, joka kokoaa Suomen ja Norjan kohteet saman katon alle.

Jatkossa Arctic Resort Company vastaa Länkisen perheen SantaPark Arctic World -brändeistä, joihin kuuluvat Arctic TreeHouse Hotel, uusi Aino Private Island, Rakas Restaurant, SantaPark – Joulupukin kotiluola, Santa Claus Secret Forest – Joulukka sekä Lapland Luxury DMC. Konserniin kuuluu myös Arctic Resort Companyn osakkaan ja Longshipin perustajajäsenen Osthusin matkailuliiketoiminta, jonka toiminta keskittyy Tromssaan ja Kirkkoniemeen Norjassa.

Toimeksiantomme kattoi järjestelyn kaikki oikeudelliset osa-alueet. Toimeksiantoa johti osakas Kirsi Karvonen, ja tiimiin kuuluivat lisäksi Torsti Lakari, Miku Parmola, Tiina Koivisto, Rosa Junttila ja Josefina Lind.
