Toimimme oikeudellisena neuvonantajana Fingrid-omistusjärjestelyissä

Toimimme juridisena neuvonantajana 8.5.2026 Suomen valtion myyydessä 136 Fingrid Oyj:n B-sarjan osaketta OP Pohjola Kantaverkko Holding Ky:lle noin 62,4 miljoonan euron kauppahinnalla.
Kauppa on toisen vaiheen osa laajempaa omistusrakenteen muutosta, jossa aiemmin toimimme Suomen valtion oikeudellisena neuvonantajana 5.2.2026 allekirjoitetussa ja 9.4.2026 täytäntöönpannussa Fingrid Oyj:tä koskevassa omistusjärjestelyssä valtion vahvistaessa omistustaan kantaverkkoyhtiössä.

Valtioneuvoston hyväksymän transaktion ensivaiheen kokonaisarvo oli 566,5 miljoonaa euroa, josta valtion hankinnan osuus on noin 401,3 miljoonaa euroa. Järjestelyssä Suomen valtio hankki Keskinäinen Eläkevakuutusyhtiö Ilmariselta Fingridin A-sarjan osakkeet, ja OP: ostaessa Ilmarisen B-sarjan osakkeet.

Fingrid vastaa Suomen kantaverkosta ja toimii sähkömarkkinalain mukaisena järjestelmävastaavana kantaverkonhaltijana. Yhtiöllä on keskeinen rooli Suomen huoltovarmuuden ja kansallisen turvallisuuden kannalta muuttuneessa toimintaympäristössä. Järjestely vahvistaa yhtiön kotimaista omistuspohjaa.
