Avustimme Elcoline Groupia sen ostaessa SSG Sahalan

Asiakkaamme Elcoline Group ostaa SSG Sahalan ja vahvistaa asemaansa yhtenä Pohjoismaiden johtavista teollisuuden teknisten palvelujen tuottajista.

Yrityskaupan toteutuminen edellyttää kilpailuviranomaisen hyväksynnän. Kaupan odotetaan toteutuvan vuoden 2024 ensimmäisellä neljänneksellä.

Elcoline on pohjoismainen teollisuuden teknisiin palveluihin erikoistunut kasvuyritys, jonka asiakkaita ovat kansainväliset teollisuusyritykset.

SSG Sahala on teollisuuden kunnossapitoyritys.

Toimeksiannosta vastasi Partner Henrik Sandholm. Tiimiin kuuluivat lisäksi Partnerit Vesa Turkki, Hannu Rintala ja Olli Hyvönen, Counsel Anne Björklund, Senior Associatet Linda Miettinen, Katriina Jussila ja Lassi Lepistö, Associatet Else Leppänen, Fanny Ilveskero ja Sanni Tirkkonen.
