Hoivatilat Oyj toteutti kiinteistötransaktion yhdessä Suomen Kuntakiinteistöt Groupin, tarkemmin Suomen Yhteiskuntakiinteistöt Oy:n, kanssa joulukuun 2023 lopussa. Kaupan myötä kaksi uutta päiväkotikiinteistöä siirtyivät Hoivatilojen omistukseen. Toteutunut kauppahinta päiväkotikohteista on 8,5 miljoonaa euroa.

Toimeksiannosta vastasi Partner Kirsi Karvonen. Tiimiin kuuluivat myös Senior Associate Rosa Junttila sekä verotuskysymyksissä Partner Torsti Lakari.
