Yrityskaupan velaton kauppahinta on 20 miljoonaa euroa. Econia Oy on vuonna 1996 perustettu kotimainen, itsenäinen ja ketjuista riippumaton talous- ja henkilöstöalan asiantuntijayritys, joka työllistää yli 400 henkilöä päivittäin. Econian liikevaihto oli vuonna 2021 yli 19 miljoonaa euroa. Administer-konserni on suomalainen vuonna 1985 perustettu talous- ja palkkahallinnon palveluja, konsultointipalveluja sekä ohjelmistopalveluja tarjoava yhtiö. Vuonna 2021 yrityksen liikevaihto oli 42 miljoonaa euroa, ja se työllisti noin 600 taloushallinnon ammattilaista.
