Dionne is an associate in the Employment and Labor Law Practice Group since March 2022. She advises national and international clients on different employment law matters such as reorganizations, individual dismissal cases, matters related to ill employees, working time legislation, collective labor agreements and Works Council related issues.
Dionne graduated in Dutch Civil Law (2020) and Employment Law (2021) at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. She qualified as a lawyer in June 2022.
- Advising several clients about the applicability of collective labor agreements
- Litigation experience in several individual dismissal cases
- Advising and assisting national and international clients with regard to redundancies in the Netherlands
Dionne is a member of the Rotterdam Bar Association.
Dionne is also an editor at AR Updates – a Dutch legal online platform where employment law related court rulings are published – for which she summarises recent court rulings on a weekly basis.
