With more than two decades of experience, Luc joins the global law firm from Simmons & Simmons LLP, where he served as Partner for over 14 years. Luc is widely recognised for his experience in complex and international real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, asset management, construction, and procurement. Luc’s client base is predominantly international, spanning investment funds, corporates, financial institutions, developers, and public authorities. His sector focus includes logistics, offices, leisure, healthcare, data centres, and increasingly, defence. Luc is consistently ranked in Legal 500 across multiple practice areas, including real estate, construction, energy, and project finance. He is described as “extremely dedicated, solution driven and great to work with,” and praised for his “no-nonsense commercial approach” and “strategic, creative and thorough” style.
