Kuang Chiang, International Trade and Sanctions Attorney, Joins Eversheds Sutherland as Partner in Washington, DC

Ms. Chiang brings more than 15 years of private practice and government experience advising US and non-US entities on rapidly evolving sanctions, trade policy, and cross-border business risks. Prior to private practice, she served as a License Examining Officer in the Blocked Assets and Complex Matters section of the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), where she assessed license requests and prepared licenses, denials and interpretive rulings to implement OFAC’s policies across a range of sanctions programs.
