Eversheds Sutherland Welcomes Kenzo Tsushima as Konexo US Head of Legal Managed Services, Strengthening Large-Scale Delivery Capabilities for Corporate Legal DepartmentsApril 21, 2026 ATLANTA | Eversheds Sutherland welcomes Kenzo Tsushima to lead the Legal Managed Services (LMS) practice for Konexo US, expanding its capacity to help corporate legal departments tackle high-volume work through AI-enabled delivery and process optimization. Mr. Tsushima’s arrival reflects growing demand for more scalable, technology-enabled delivery models. Developed by Eversheds Sutherland, Konexo provides the full range of alternative legal and consulting services to support in-house legal and compliance teams, combining law-firm-grade legal judgment with delivery-center scale, proprietary workflow technology and generative AI capabilities embedded directly into legal processes. Konexo’s LMS offering helps in-house teams manage routine and high-volume legal work, including contract reviews and regulatory or business change projects, and other workload pressures through a combination of purpose-built emerging technology, process improvement and delivery centers. This approach helps legal teams shift away from traditional, labor-intensive models toward scalable, repeatable operations. Mr. Tsushima will work directly with in-house legal leaders to design and continuously improve managed services programs—reducing cycle times, lowering per-unit costs and freeing internal teams to focus on higher-stakes strategic work. Within Konexo, he will collaborate with Head of Konexo US Taimur Ghaznavi, international Konexo teams led by Head of Konexo David Saunders and Eversheds Sutherland partners across industries to bring market insights and technology-enabled solutions to clients and support business growth. “Our clients are telling us the same thing: legal work is growing, budgets aren't, and they need a services partner willing to co-develop future ways of working, especially when it comes to operationalizing routine tasks so their teams can focus on what matters most,” said Mr. Ghaznavi. “Kenzo has spent his career solving exactly that problem at enterprise scale and now brings that experience to Konexo, backed by the full depth of Eversheds Sutherland and an integrated platform that clearly differentiates how we deliver alternative legal services. His legal background, commercial acumen, operational excellence, and extensive client-facing experience will further elevate Konexo’s reputation for innovation and leadership in legal service delivery.” "As a former general counsel, I understand the daily challenges that corporate legal departments face. Having spent more than a decade building AI-enabled solutions and managed services programs for enterprise clients, I know what it takes to transform that work at scale,” said Mr. Tsushima. “Many teams have experimented with AI and managed services, but the challenge and opportunity are in fully integrating them into day-to-day workflows to deliver consistent results, rather than isolated efficiencies. Konexo brings together talented people, process rigor, and best-in-class technology in a way that is truly distinctive in the market. Supported by the full weight of Eversheds Sutherland, the value proposition is especially compelling, and I look forward to helping our clients build operating models that can scale and endure." Mr. Tsushima has over a decade of leadership experience in legal and technology consulting, guiding teams on complex legal managed services projects and AI-enabled legal technology for enterprise clients. He was most recently Principal of Managed Solutions and AI Programs for a global technology-enabled services provider to the legal industry. In that role, he led the design, commercialization, and delivery of legal managed services projects, with a focus on optimization through AI and other evolving technology capabilities. Mr. Tsushima's appointment is the latest in a series of senior-level investments in Konexo US, following the appointment of Mr. Ghaznavi as Head of Konexo US in late 2024 and Head of Resourcing Strategy and Markets Amie Davidson in September 2025.
