Eversheds Sutherland is pleased to announce that it represented Toyota Motor Credit Corporation in syndicated credit facilities totaling $15 billion.
The transaction involved borrowers in six different countries and was syndicated to banks around the world. The financing included a $5 billion, 364-day credit facility; a $5 billion, three-year credit facility; and a $5 billion, five-year credit facility.
Finance Partner Christina B. Rissler led the Eversheds Sutherland team, which also included Associates Maritza Badio and Amy Chen from the Finance Practice Group.
