On 16 September 2021, the Italian Government approved the decree that imposes, starting from 15 October 2021, the so-called “green pass” as a mandatory requirement in order to access to the workplace. Please mind that, as of today, we do not have the final version of the decree but only a draft. Therefore, some changes may take place before it becomes effective. We will keep you posted as soon as the final version of the decree will be published (probably early this week). In the meantime, please find below a preliminary overview of the content of the decree:
