These nominations recognise our involvement in some of Latvia’s most impactful transactions of 2025, reflecting the strength of our cross-border expertise and complex deal execution.
🔹 Our team advised Lufthansa Group on the acquisition of a 10% stake in airBaltic, structured through convertible shares.
Our core team in this deal included: Specialist Counsel Lauma Bērziņa, Head of Sustainable and Structured Finance Kārlis Jēkabs Īvāns, Head of Corporate, Commercial and M&A Elīna Vilde and Head of EU and Competition Gunta Lokastova.
🔹 Our team advised Accession Capital Partners on the EUR 35 million financing for the EUR 40 million acquisition of 100% of Sunrise Group, a leading UK egg production and distribution business.
Our core team in this deal included: Partner Anete Marhele, Senior Partner Māris Vainovskis, with significant contributions by Senior Associates Sabīne Blaumane and Kārlis Jēkabs Īvāns, Associate Kārlis Mārtiņš Krauze and Lawyer Edijs Bierands.
