The wider team comprised: Partners Richard Surtees (employee incentives), Barney Smedley (finance) and Peter Harper (competition), alongside Associates Mimi Tsolchovska (employee incentives), Vibudha Hebballi and Laura Murton (corporate), Hugh Durant (competition) and Kyron Vanterpool (finance). Alistair Cree, Partner, Eversheds Sutherland, commented: “This transaction highlights the strength of our public company practice and our ability to support clients through strategically significant deals. We acted on the flotation of the company back in 2016, and have acted on fund raisings, acquisitions, banking and commercial advisory matters since, building a strong working relationship in the process. I am proud to have acted for Van Elle on this milestone project and I look forward to working with the team further under Strabag’s ownership.” Mark Cutler, CEO, Van Elle Holdings plc, commented: "The announcement today marks a significant day for Van Elle. We have enjoyed working with Ali, Annika and the rest of the Eversheds team, who have been at our side for many years. First class advice, as always.” Latest InsightsLatest News
