Abdulatif has substantial legal experience from his work as deputy minister for Sports Affairs and as legal advisor to the minister of the General Sports Authority in Riyadh. Abdulatif previously worked for eight years as a legal advisor for the Capital Market Authority. He started his career as an attorney general with the Public Prosecution in Saudi Arabia.
