Mohsin has extensive experience of advising on a wide range of capital markets products such as MTN programmes, commercial paper programmes and standalone issuances (including project, secured, convertible and exchangeable bonds and private placements) on a Reg S and 144A basis, sukuk, structured products, liability management exercises (including consent solicitations, exchange offers and tender offers), regulatory capital and ESG issuances.
Mohsin advises clients ranging from financial institutions, multilateral development banks, corporates and sovereigns to public sector clients and investors and he routinely acts on domestic and international transactions on both the issuer and bank side.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Mohsin worked at a leading magic circle law firm in London and Dubai.
