We advised EcoReal Oy in a corporate transaction

Raksystems Group, the leading property wellbeing experts in the Nordics, has acquired the entire stock of the Finnish company EcoReal Oy through a transaction concluded on 7 July 2022. EcoReal is known especially as a provider of energy services, indoor air quality services, environmental and sustainability services as well as a partner in construction and consulting.

Founded in 2016, EcoReal aims to make its customers’ properties carbon-neutral while also taking into account the wellbeing of the property users.

With its network of almost 60 experts, EcoReal serves professional property owners and users across the country. Between 2018 and 2021, the company grew by an astonishing 58.7%, and its turnover for 2022 is forecast at EUR 14 million. Through this transaction, Raksystems Group’s turnover forecast for 2022 will rise to EUR 90 million and its personnel will increase to 680 experts.

We acted as legal and financial advisor to EcoReal Oy’s owners in the transaction.
