Eversheds Sutherland Advises DIAKRIT in Acquisition of Virtuance

Eversheds Sutherland is pleased to have advised DIAKRIT AB on its acquisition of Virtuance, LLC, which closed on March 18, 2022. Virtuance, founded in 2010, is a US-based leading real estate photography provider with nationwide coverage. With a physical office in Denver, Colorado, Virtuance operates a largely remote, virtual delivery model across the US. They produce about 80,000 orders annually, with a customer base of over 45,000 real estate professionals, 300+ contractors (photographers, floorplan measurers, and more), and 75 employees. DIAKRIT AB, a Swedish-based firm, is the leader in global real estate marketing, which helps people see the potential in their future living environment with digital marketing solutions that enable them to plan, furnish and decorate the home of their dreams. DIAKRIT employs 500 persons globally, has 400+ contractors and serves more than 2,000 major real estate clients around the world.
