Eversheds Sutherland advises Specialist Risk Group on its acquisition of insurance intermediary CBC Partnership

The deal marks SRG’s largest acquisition to date and adds to SRG’s portfolio of specialist businesses. Partners Colin Askew and Danny Blum also led on key workstreams. Our wider team comprised a cross practice group involving members of our commercial, employment, pensions, corporate tax and Real Estate groups.
