She is dedicated to understanding the technical aspects of her client’s business to ensure compliance with applicable laws and facilitate their ability to operate. Sara firmly believes that close cooperation with clients' tech experts optimizes the legal advice provided.
Sara advises clients on legal areas affecting most organizations today. This includes elements of GDPR, cyber security compliance (such as NIS2, CRA, and CER), and commercial aspects of IT-related services like licensing, IT operations, cloud services, e-commerce, and R&D.
Her clients primarily include national and global companies within the tech industries, such as those active in IT, R&D, and engineering sectors, often within developing technologies like AI.
Sara holds an LL.M. from Lund University (Sweden) and has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2003. She is a frequent lecturer on information security (including GDPR) and cyber security and is recommended by Legal 500.
